Atoms

   Atoms are made of protons , neutrons and electrons

• Electrons are having small negative charge
• Protons have positive charge
• Neutrons are electrically neutral and have no charge

Protons and neutrons are in the center of the atom forming the nucleus and electrons revolve around them

Also it is important that particles with like charges repel and unlike charges attract that is, a proton and electron attract each other and electron and electron (proton and proton) repel each other.

Electricity is the movement of electrons, so charge has to be measured. it is measured in coulombs  represented as 'C'
